Prices
Website package prices quoted on the home page are typical price examples for illustration. The actual price may differ dependent on specification and features. A full written quotation with no obligation to purchase will be supplied if required.
Please note that a deposit is payable before the commencement of any new project with the balance payable on completion.
Domain Registration & Renewal
All new websites will require the registration of a domain name (yourdomain.co.uk, yourdomain.com, etc). The domain name is renewable each year but can be registered for a longer period if required. You will be notified via email of an upcoming renewal one month prior to the renewal date and if necessary a reminder will be sent one week prior to the renewal date. Failure to renew the domain will result in the Website and all associated emails becoming inaccessible. Renewal of an expired domain is subject to a £10 admin fee.

Hosting
All websites require a suitable hosting account that is renewable each year (payments can be made by monthly direct debit if preferred). You will be notified via email of an upcoming renewal one month prior to the renewal date and if necessary a reminder will be sent one week prior to the renewal date. Failure to renew the hosting account will result in the Website and all associated emails becoming inaccessible. Renewal of an expired hosting account is subject to a £25 admin fee.

Note: Shared hosting accounts are subject to bandwidth restrictions. In practice this will have absolutely no impact on the vast majority of small business websites.

Support
All new Websites come with one month of unlimited support from the day of going live on the Web. If you need anything at all within this time just contact us with the details and it will be taken care of.
Any additional design work, content editing, etc required after the first month or outside of any agreed support plan is charged at £35.00 per hour.
For regular maintenance and ongoing support, the WordPress Maintenance & Support Plan is recommended.
Please note: Updating of premium WordPress themes and plugins may incur an extra charge from the theme developer.
